- Proportion of mixture in mass: 100 : 15
- Work time (25°C, 200 ml, 50 mm): 20 – 30 min
- Hardness (24 hours at 25°C): 50 – 55 Shore A
- Elongation: 170 – 250 %
- Maximum thickness recommended: up to 10 mm
Homogenize the components before use. Add the correct quantity of hardener to the resin, and then mix well (using plastic or metallic spatulas), avoiding the insertion of air bubbles. Apply straight afterwards, using the walls of the mold to pour, thus avoiding the insertion of bubbles by turbulent system. Errors above ± 1% in the proportions of the mixture cause problems of hardening and degradation of the polymer. With variation in the percentage the hardness can vary ± 5 – 8 Shore A.
