FASTENERS IN STEEL WITHOUT SEAL
Line of self-drilling fasteners used to fasten metallic sheets, such as fastening and union of steel frame profiles and profiles for ventilated facades, fastening of clips to zipped tiles and in the union of steel deck shapes. Available in the options of white galvanized and Ecoseal coating. It has a hex head which facilitates the fit of the socket and consequently the application.
Self-drilling screw produced in carbon steel, with Ecoseal and White Galvanized coating. It has a drill bit of high performance in piercing and flanged head or fastening metallic plates.

The problems of the burning of the tip can be related to the following situations: a) High rotation (tip burning): The high rotation of the equipment can cause high wear on the tip of the screw, due to the high friction index, thus generating the breaking of the cutting rod of the screw tip. b) Two-task screw at the same time: The phase separation process can be applied in two steps at the same time (example: drilling and drilling), and can decrease the tip rotation process. c) Very long extension: If the extension is too long it can decrease the screwdriver voltage, causing a decrease in rotation, making the drilling process difficult and generating tip burning. d) d) Not specified drilling (tip burning): The bolt must drill the specified range of each end according to the Hard Technical Bulletin. Drilling above this range causes the tip to burn.
