The problems of the burning of the tip can be related to the following situations: a) High rotation (tip burning): The high rotation of the equipment can cause high wear on the tip of the screw, due to the high friction index, thus generating the breaking of the cutting rod of the screw tip. b) Two-task screw at the same time: The phase separation process can be applied in two steps at the same time (example: drilling and drilling), and can decrease the tip rotation process. c) Very long extension: If the extension is too long it can decrease the screwdriver voltage, causing a decrease in rotation, making the drilling process difficult and generating tip burning. d) d) Not specified drilling (tip burning): The bolt must drill the specified range of each end according to the Hard Technical Bulletin. Drilling above this range causes the tip to burn.
