Sponge to apply Tile Grout Infinity in tessellations

Hard Infinity Sponge is a product indicated to remove the Tile Grout Infinity when applied in coatings of small formats (tessellation coatings). As it is a neutral product, it does not damage the tessellation, porcelain tiles, and glass surface.

IMPORTANT:
– It is not indicated for application in porous surfaces
– Do not use with detergent, sanitary water or other cleaning products

SURFACE PREPARATION

1. SUBSTRATE CLEANING:

To clean the joints removing the adhesive mortar wastes, spacers or any other products that might interrupt the tile grout penetration (use the Leakage/Gasket Cleaner Hard), all the residues should be removed after this procedure using a vacuum.

2. INFINITY CLEAN DILUTION:

Use two parts of clean water to one part of Infinity Clean. Put in a bucket, 1 liter of Hard Infinity Clean already diluted to clean the Cleaning Sponge Infinity.

HOW TO USE:

3. TILE GROUT APPLICATION:

The tile grout should be applied directly on the settlement joint with the applicator and the mixture nozzle. Note: Apply it in small areas to prevent the product from curing before the final finishing.

4. PLANER USE:

After applying tile grout in the settlement joint using the Flexible Planer Infinity, spread the excessive tile grout diagonally toward the tiles mosaic (removing the maximum tile grout remaining on the tessellations). For the Flexible Planer Infinity higher durability, always clean it with the Infinity Clean or isopropyl alcohol after the use.

5. APPLY INFINITY CLEAN ON THE TESSELLATIONS:

Put the Hard Infinity Clean already diluted in a spray bottle for an easy dispersion.
After spreading the tile grout and before its cure, Hard Infinity Clean should be sprayed on the tessellations.

6. APPLY INFINITY CLEAN ON THE INFINITY SPONGE

Also apply the Hard Infinity Clean on the Infinity Sponge.

7. TESSELLATIONS CLEANING:

Wait from 5 to 10 seconds for the Infinity Clean reacts with the Infinity Sponge and make circular movements to remove the tile grout film remaining on the coating. – Note: When the sponge is saturated in both faces, clean the sponge in the Hard Infinity Clean reserved in the bucket.

8. FINAL CLEANING:

After the tile grout total cure, perform the final cleaning pouring Infinity Clean on the tessellations and using the Infinity Sponge with circular movements.
