Injectable Adhesive – EP 131 Injectable Structural Chemical Anchor Bolt with Epoxy Base

The injectable adhesive EP 131 is indicated for anchoring threaded bars and concrete bars. It has the strongest slow cure system in the market, ensuring high loads with high performance. It also has international approval and certifications, ensuring quality for your work. Furthermore, it is possible to dimension with facility the ideal anchoring system through software Hard DesignFix.

Strongest injectable adhesive in the market
Its formulation with mix proportion 3:1, a high percentage of noble raw materials in the composition and absence of non-reactive dilutents, provide chemical anchor bolt EP 131 with a high performance, making it the strongest slow cure adhesive in the market.
Moreover, the slow cure of the anchor bolt provides stronger molecular connections between the concrete and the adhesive.

Assured quality
EP 131 has international approval which ensures greater safety for your work.
Certification ETA – 13/0570 – Option 1, ensures that EP 131 undergoes the most complete anchoring test battery, thereby covering the loads for application in cracked concrete, from 20 to 50 Mpa, combined traction and shear loads, distanced from edge and between anchoring, and application in regions of earthquakes and high indices of vibration.

Dimensioning without difficulty
Using injectable Adhesive EP 131 , you will have exclusive access to software Hard DesignFix to dimension with facility the specifications of the ideal anchoring system for your project, in accordance with the main international standards.

Old: Hardinc EP 131. The packaging changed, but you do not need to worry: the product continues with the same quality as always. And more important: the formula continues equal.

Benefits

  • Strongest slow cure system in the market
  • Excellent resistance to chemical substances
  • Chemical anchoring with international certification
  • Greater productivity, not requiring prior mixing (compared with the non-injectable)
  • Reduced waste (compared with the non-injectable)
  • Software of calculation and dimensioning
  • Without styrene, it can be applied in green work.

Main Applications

  • Anchoring of metallic structures with slow cure system
  • Fastening of facade support
  • Fastening of heavy equipment with dynamic loads
  • Anchoring of threaded bars for assembly of metallic structures in foundation blocks or  concrete beams
  • Fastening of bars for starts and  waits in pillars, beams and diaphragm walls
  • Fastening of metallic consoles for support of beams or purlins for side closing
  • Anchoring of bar for structural reinforcement
  • Installation of Life Line

EP 131 is a bicomponent structural epoxy adhesive of high performance, with internal approval and certificates and resistance to high loads. It fulfills a huge range of applications in humid or saturated concrete, diamond drilling and dynamic loads, as well as a high resistance to chemical products and applications in extreme environments. Packed in a cartridge with  independent chambers, applied with a double piston gun and mixing nozzle which ensures suitable homogenization of the components (A+B) at the moment of application.
