The HARD Roofing Tile Shims are available in two models, waved and trapezoidal, according to the most used types of roofing tile. They provide higher rigidity, preventing the roofing tiles kneading and assuring the safety in the roofing assembling process.

Step 1: Start the roofing assembling by placing the roofing tiles on the purlin, which will be attached.

Step 2: After assembling the roofing tiles on the metallic structure, the Hard Shim should be placed on the tiles trapezium (that is, waved or trapezoidal).

 

Step 3: After placing the shims, on the roofing tiles, the system should be attached with the Hard self-drilling bolts from.
