Metalic Screw – Lobular

Lobular Screw

HIGH PERFORMANCE FIXATION WITHOUT USING NUTS

Carbon steel screw, thread rolling machine that needs the pre-drilling in order to be applied in low carbon steel metallic components. Available in flat head and hexagon head.

Benefits

Fixes and locks in a single operation due to the tri-lobular thread
Better productivity, eliminating the need of nuts and lock washer
It laminates the thread by shaping it, while providing greater resistance when subjected to vibration
For systems with vibration, it eliminates the use of locking devices
Considerable reduction in assembling time

Applications

Fixation of metallic sheets and compounds for automotive industry

Fixation of compounds with high vibration ratio in buses, trailers and trucks

Fixation in tubular profiles

Fixation of machines and equipment
