HARD GEL HSR 304 KIT BLUE is a bicomponent, non-machinable epoxy surface gel, used for copying models that require high abrasion resistance in the industry.

Applications
It can be applied in foundry tools and models, core boxes, molds for production of rigid polyurethane parts, wood imitation, large structures in metal, RIM, polyester and tools for shaping.

- Mass mixing ratio (g): 100 : 7 ( resin : hardener)
- Demolding time: 24h
- Maximum recommended thickness: 0.5 – 1 mm
- Color: Blue
- Not manufacturable
- Density at 25ºC: 1.70 – 1.80 g/cm³
- Hardness: 82 – 87 Shore D
- Abrasion: 3 – 5 mm³/U
- To prepare the surface (molds and models) separator Z 25 LE or Z 15 LC.
- Perform components homogenization (resin and hardener) before using.
- Add the correct amount of hardener to the resin, then mix it well for two minutes, avoiding the insertion of air bubbles (the mixing time has direct influence to the final shine of the piece).
- Use a paintbrush to apply the product.
