MS 425 Facade Sealant
Hard MS 425 Facade is a sealant adhesive specifically developed for sealing expansion joints in building facades. Formulated with MS Polymer technology, it has a low modulus and contains no solvents in its composition, guaranteeing high durability and resistance to weather conditions. It can be painted and applied to damp surfaces.
High durability
With a lifespan of 16 years, according to the NBR 15.575 performance standard, the Anti-UV-B additive present in its formula provides high protection against ultraviolet rays.
Greater speed
Its high percentage of base polymers allows application on damp surfaces, preventing work interruptions on rainy days.
Resistance and flexibility for facades
MS 425 Facade is able to withstand the movement of structures, meeting the various coefficients of expansion of materials used in adhered, painted, and textured facades.
