  • Mass mixing ratio: 100 g of resin for 500 g of hardener
  • Worktime (25 C): 10-15 min
  • Recommended thickness: 10 mm
  • Demolding time: 16h
  • Density: 1.18 g/cm³
  • Hardness: 60 – 70 Shore D
  • Storage life: 12 months

The product can be stored for 12 months in its original container, it must be kept in a dry, clean environment at temperatures between 15ºC and 30ºC. The moisture absorption by the resin causes the material to expand during curing, which is an irreversible process. If the hardener stays in contact with moisture, it may occur the formation of crystals due to the dimerization reaction, which are insoluble, and this process is also irreversible. If there is crystallization of the hardener due to low temperatures, it must be heated to 60ºC until they dissolve, and wait for cooling until use. Keep it distant from heat sources, sparks and flames.

The process and material temperature should be around 40oC. Component A must well mixed before using, since some loads may be prone to settling. Mixing or manual processing is not recommended. In order to process the material, it is recommended to use a two-component low pressure casting machine with static dynamic mixer. The material should be cast in the mold during the system’s working time, but not too quickly to avoid any air entrapment.

The material recommended temperature must be observed. Too low material temperature will change the viscosity and have a direct influence on the mixing rate set on the machine. Changes in mixing rate will result in failures at the finished part. A 40oC post curing is necessary.
